Roohm is imagined as a home.

Not a perfect one, but a lived-in one.

Why Roohm Exists

Hi, I’m Manpreet, a 30-something Punjabi gal navigating modern overwhelm with mindful reflection.

I wanted to create a space that feels like home for people like me who are navigating life between cultures, identities, and expectations.

Today I call that space Roohm: a lifestyle brand built at the intersection of a journal and a conversation.

What You’ll Find Here

Grounded in the meaning of rooh (soul/spirit), you’ll find that inside each “room” holds its own world of thought from lessons learned to ideas still unfolding. Not every room is clearly labeled, and that’s intentional.

Over time, Roohm will grow room by room with more dialogue, lists, cultural reflections, and moments of pause you can return to when life feels loud.

A Little Bit About Me

Growing up in America in a Punjabi immigrant family has been quite the roller coaster ride.

And I’ll be sharing more about that, lessons I’ve learned (& am still learning), challenges & how I’ve overcome them, changes I’ve had in my mindset, and more.

Stay tuned!
